InvestHaat is a startup collaboration and micro-investment platform that connects founders, investors, mentors, and service providers. The platform facilitates discovery, communication, and investment, but does not itself provide financial advice or manage funds.
A single account may hold multiple roles (Founder, Investor, Mentor, Provider). Each role is subject to the specific obligations described in this agreement. A founder may not invest in their own startup listing.
Founders agree that all information submitted in their startup profiles is accurate and not misleading. InvestHaat reserves the right to remove listings that violate community standards, contain false information, or are determined to be fraudulent.
Investments made through the platform are subject to the terms of individual startup campaigns. InvestHaat does not guarantee returns. See our Investment Disclaimer for full risk disclosure.
The Haat Score is a proprietary credibility indicator calculated from startup profile completeness and investor activity. It is not a financial rating and should not be relied upon as investment advice.
InvestHaat may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
